Andrea Madrigrano, MD and Andrea Colton, MD, MPH presenting 'Mozart 3D Specimen Tomosynthesis for Accurate Margin Assessment During Partial Mastectomy Procedures
Access recordingThere is a growing need to address the 20% re-excision rate seen in women who undergo breast-conserving surgery due to a breast diagnosis. One of the ways breast surgeons are addressing this is by utilizing intraoperative visualization tools that enable them to see more clearly and be more confident that they've obtained clear margins at the time of surgery.
During this on-demand webinar Dr. Andrea Madrigrano from Rush University Medical Center and Dr. Andrea Colton from Lexington Clinic share real cases where they utilized digital breast tomosynthesis and discuss the results they obtained from two separate clinical studies performed utilizing digital breast tomosynthesis.
