Kubtec recently welcomed Dr. Salima Ikram, distinguished Visiting Professor at Yale from the American University in Cairo, to their Stratford, CT Headquarters. Dr. Ikram used the Kubtec Parameter 3-DTM Cabinet X-Ray System and the XPERT® 80-L Specimen Radiography System to reveal details of two ancient mummies, the contents of which were previously a mystery to researchers.

A nationally known art historian visited Kubtec recently in order to perform advanced image analysis on a curious painting she obtained at auction.

Kubtec announced today that it has been selected to supply high-resolution x-ray imaging equipment to the international research team that discovered and excavated the 3500-year-old Griffin Warrior Tomb in Pylos, Greece. The equipment will be used to further study this once-in-a-lifetime archeological find.
