Director of Marketing (Stratford, CT)

You’re a proven leader with a vision for the future. As Director of Marketing for KUBTEC, you’ll oversee both the Clinical and Scientific business unit’s marketing efforts to ensure the effective implementation of their marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate with sales, business development, and OEM partners to define effective sales channels for all products.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development and OEM partners to define effective sales channels of all products
  • Establishes effective relationship with the sales force and Global Regional Managers with leadership, training, pricing and positioning expertise
  • Establishes relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and researchers to develop Clinical Evidence that supports sales growth in line with KUBTEC strategy
Regional Sales Manager (Remote)

There’s a saying in sales, you’re either a farmer or a hunter. As the Regional Sales Manager for KUBTEC, you are a combination of both. You will be responsible for our Northeast territory for our specimen x-ray products in surgery, radiology, breast center, and pathology. You’ll drive territory growth, build lasting relationships, and uncover unique value propositions for our products.

  • Achieve sales forecast objectives for all products
  • Present and successfully sell Kubtec value proposition to multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop trusted advisor level relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers
  • Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze, track activity and provide accurate forecasts
  • Leverage internal resource teams across Clinical, Sales, Service, Technology and National Accounts to optimize customer experience
Scientific Marketing Manager (Stratford, CT)

Manages all marketing activities for the company and creates and executes marketing strategies that drive sales growth in line with company objectives.

  • Conceptualizes, builds and executes multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue.
  • Prioritizes workflow of the marketing team
  • Plans and develops marketing material from beginning to end
  • Ensures strategic coordination of marketing initiatives: ie social media, conferences, PR, product launches
  • Manages the company’s social media presence: produces content and regular updates on all social media channels in line with company objectives; researches market for content and creative best practices; benchmarks competitive activities.
Director of Engineering (Stratford, CT)

The Director of Engineering assures quality products and processes by developing quality testing material and products. With limited supervision, this position assists the organization and oversees the engineering department.

  • Ensure all products consistently meet and pass set quality standards
  • Analyze current quality assessment techniques for inconsistencies and redundancy
  • Create and implement changes to improve current processes and reduce costs
  • Train production line staff in proper production practices and basic quality assessment
  • Facilitate successful transition of new products from engineering to production

 

Senior Software Developer (Stratford, CT)

As a Senior Software Developer for KUBTEC, you’ll interact with internal and external stakeholders to develop new user requirements, develop software solutions, and define milestones for release, and much more.

  • Feasibility analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
  • Interact with internal and external customers to develop new user requirements
  • Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
  • Define milestones for release, scope/prioritize features, coordinate timing with other business activities
  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
Electrical Engineer (Stratford, CT)

You’ve got a spark for being on the cutting edge of technology. As the Electrical Engineer for KUBTEC, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical circuits and schematics for digital x-ray cabinets. You understand the importance of testing and documenting for the development of products and work collaboratively with different engineering teams to accomplish required goals.

  • Designing, developing and testing electrical circuits and schematics for digital X-ray cabinets
  • Conducting reliability assessments for maintaining quality compliance in our products
  • Support R&D Engineering covering all levels of electrical including sizing and specifying motors, control equipment, instrumentation, and testing concept equipment
  • Product design, manufacturing and labeling with regard to the electronic circuitry and schematics
